Then we will Purchase the FRESHEST, Cleanest DATA in your counties . We will then mail them our PROVEN Mortgage Protection Final Notice. The letter will be personalized to each PROSPECT. Our goal is to mail ONLY to people who have RECENTLY purchased a new HOME.
Our Response rates vary by geographic area, but we rarely get less than 1% back from any 1 mailing. More commonly you can expect 1.5 -2.5% return.
What ELSE DO WE DO?
Well…this is where we stand out from the crowd.
We Then take YOUR new list of POTENTIAL clients and find as many PHONE #’s as we can for that list. Then we SCRUB the #’s against the DO NOT CALL registry. We then provided those #’s to our TELEMARKETERS to call and make PRESET appointments for you. We call these “Non-responder” appointments. We do not set the appointment unless there is an “interest” in the product.
And the 3rd step in our Program if you so choose is to take the LIST that you have, and simply spend some time delivering DOOR HANGERS letting them know that YOU are their LOCAL mortgage protection specialist. This will also generate sales. We can offer to print your door hangers and personalize them for you or you can get them on your own.
